Merino is the royal family of the wool world and is very well known. It is considered fine with soft, short stapled fibre with a beautiful regular crimp.  Colorways dyed on Merino are clear. 

Merino loves to be spun fine and results in a yarn that is next-to-skin soft, resilient and elastic.  It is very suitable for next to skin, lightweight or delicate garments or accessories like shawls.  It is wonderful for baby garments also.

Fiber width: 20.5 microns. Staple length: 5-10cm. Felts readily.

100% organic Merino. Total weight approximately 100g.

No colorways are exactly the same... even in the same hand dyed batch! It is what makes them special.

Colors may appear differently on different fibres/fibre blends. Different settings on digital devices may also show colors differently on your screen.

Hand wash completed projects in cold water with a gentle detergent if needed. Lay flat and/or shape to dry.
