TWO 50g complimenting hand dyed White Shetland/Tussah Silk combed tops.

This luxurious top is a special blend of natural white, soft Shetland combined with Tussah silk that is unique, with a soft and silky handle. The Shetland wool is fine, lightweight, soft and silky to the touch with unusual durability for its range of fineness. The addition of silk lends even more softness, sheen and a striking effect to the warmth provided by the Shetland wool.

It is very suitable for next to skin garments or accessories.

Fiber width:  23-25 microns (on the finer side). Staple length: 8-9cm.

70% White Shetland / 30% Tussah Silk. Total weight approximately 100g.

No colorways are exactly the same... even in the same hand dyed batch! It is what makes them special.

Colors may appear differently on different fibres/fibre blends. Different settings on digital devices may also show colors differently on your screen.

Hand wash completed projects in cold water with a gentle detergent if needed. Lay flat and/or shape to dry.
